Eurasian climate congress «Climate and ecology»
Dear colleagues!

We are in a hurry to inform you that the Eurasian climate congress «Climate and ecology» will be held on April 27 (Moscow, Expocentre Fairgrounds).

We also draw your attention to the fact that the program and content of the event are formed exclusively for certain related industries: subsurface use, fuel and energy complex, chemical industry and metallurgy.

In broad public circles, far from the realities of industrial production and energy, the false thesis that Russia is allegedly one of the world's outsiders in the field of ecology has become widespread. It seems that while the West is actively building a «bright green future», our country, which is the largest producer and exporter of fossil fuels, remains almost the main «polluter». However, such unsubstantiated arguments are easily broken down into real facts. Russia has joined the Paris Agreement, set goals for achieving carbon neutrality and is currently implementing a wide range of measures to reduce the negative impact on the environment. An important role in this activity is assigned to increasing the environmental responsibility of subsoil users, metallurgists and organizations in the field of oil and gas refining.
