In recent decades, the domestic oil and gas complex has been on a trajectory of steady growth: hydrocarbon production volumes have increased, new fields have been put into operation, oil refining assets have been modernized, advanced technologies have been introduced. Today, against the background of the emerging geopolitical challenges, it is necessary, on the one hand, to continue moving along the already set vectors, and on the other hand, to look for other points of support that can ensure not only quantitative but also qualitative changes in the domestic fuel and energy sector, to bring it to new promising horizons.
